Day Thirteen- Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
Healthy for sure. Water. Lots of water. Exercise daily. Eating right.
Day fourteen- What’s your UGW? When you expect to reach it?
115 lbs. I hope to reach it by summer. But, my goal weight before my Alaska trip is about 125 lbs. I know a bikini body isn’t ideal for Alaska, but it’s an end date.
Day Fifteen- Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?
I am not, but I admire those that are. I don’t understand how they can make the change.
